Online Stopwatch
A free stopwatch with lap times, an alert at the time you choose, sound, notifications and full screen. It keeps running if you open another page on this site.
How to use the stopwatch
Press Start to begin and Pause to stop. Press Lap to save a split time without stopping the clock. Reset clears the time and the laps. On a computer you can use Space for start and pause, L for lap and R for reset.
How the alert works
Pick a preset or type your own minutes and seconds, then press Start. When the stopwatch reaches that time you get a sound, a vibration on phones that support it, a message on the screen and, if you allowed it, a notification.

Does it keep running when I leave this page?
Yes. The start time is saved in your browser, so the stopwatch is still correct when you come back, and a small bar shows it on other pages of this site.
Will the alert work with the screen locked?
Not always. Phones often pause web pages when the screen is locked or the browser is closed. Keep the page open for a reliable alert.
Why did the sound not play?
Browsers only allow sound after you tap something on the page. Pressing Start or choosing an alert counts, so set the alert on this page before you begin.
